Engine 850: B5234TR/2.3/20v/T5R: S60 Engine Swap, advice needed!

I've recently been in the market for a T5, I have come across a 2007 S60 (originally 2.0) with an engine swap to a 2.3 T5.

This is the exact information the seller gave me:
Its a B5234T5 bottom end, 2.0 dual vvti head with a HE221W.
Gearbox changed to an m56(5 speed manual).
Post 02 running gear (bosch throttle body etc) so it doesn't have the issues of old with the marelli throttle bodies.
Currently putting out 310bhp.

Interested to know if anyone has experience with similiar builds or any advice, weak points or things to look out for on the car?

this kind of conversion is great untill you try to buy any parts good luck and enjoy your new motor....
