KieranM New Member Last Online: Jan 9th, 2008 19:16 Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Wakefield	Hi, I picked up a 12 month old S40 1.6D S (9,000 miles) at the weekend and noticed the same low grating noise coming from the front after a couple of days. I have become quite concerned about this - so much so that I booked it in to my local Volvo dealers this morning and will take it in on Monday. I was wondering what the outcome was regarding the Drive Shaft Bearing issue and whether this might be the cause of the noise on my car. Any news of how this issue has been resolved would be of great help. Thanks in advance. Kieran
