Dump = to throw away or discard garbage, refuse, etc.

Recirculate = to move in a circle or circuit; move or pass through a circuit back to the starting point.

Whilst I understand what The Hitcher is eluding to, that they are techincally similar objects, one venting to atmosphere and the other back into the air charge circuit it would be a misnomer to call either one or the other by the incorrect term or to compare the two since they do two completely different jobs.

Simple really, if you dump something its no longer needed or used it's DUMPED......... however if you recycle something it is of course used again...........

Of course it dumps, back into the system and therefore recirculates. Its the post dumping action that it different.
