Question P0090

Don't know if this is in right area? I own an ex-police 2005 V70 T5 and have got a 'reduced engine performance' warning on the dash along with a code of P0090 at first i also had P0089 and P0090p? I cleared the faults and now i only get the P0090 my car worked perfect up until Nov 2011 when after finishing work i jumped in car and it just wouldn't start (was getting no fuel to the engine) towed to volvo garage and after 3 attempts (changed fuel pump, fuel gauge etc) car worked fine (although it always smelled v strongly of petrol?) I then got car converted to gas about 8 months ago by a certified LPG Installer and apart from the engine warning light staying on 90% of the time the car ran fine, the P0090 code i have read on the internet that Volvo North America recalled these vehicles for this code and wondered wether Volvo UK did likewise? my car is dispalying the exact same fault as those that were recalled in the states? I'm guessing that the engine is getting to much fuel any ideas?
Thanks in advance John

The codes which you have put up are generic codes and not Volvo codes.

The codes however (all of them) point towards errors for fuel pressure and/or regulator.

When was the fuel filter last changed, this could be partially blocked? Beyond this you would have to look at the fuel pressure regulator and ensure that and the wireing to it are in good order. Then beyond that you may be looking at fuel pump.
