thedr Guest Location:	excess fuel consumption I own a 1975 model 164E. The fuel mixture is very rich making the car get only about 10 miles per gallon and poor top end performance, I have checked the ohms reading of the cold start relay but this part does not appear defective. Any idea what my problem is?
