Wanted 144 Quarterlights
I have just bought a 144 DL and both front quaterlight fasteners are no longer connected to the glass. As its going to be a station car I would like to make it a bit more secure. Has anyone got a couple intact from a scrap car or can i get them new?

There is a post on here somewhere (can't find it just now) by somebody who bought quartelight fittings from Charles Ware (Morris Minors). These clamp around the glass as opposed to being glued on. From memory the guy that wrote the article rated them highly.
I'll need some myself shortly so I'll have to find the link! Regards Scott |
