Great cars, before they started to dissolve!

I had a 620 for a while and it could keep up with my brother's brand new (at the time - 2000) Rover 75 V6!
Finally, it succumbed to the tin worm. Sad day. :-(

Interestingly (it was a 97) it had no rust at all, excellent paint too. Rover had the most modern paint shop in the auto industry at the time.

The car was left unused and too much (£s) was needed to put it back on the road - other cars had to take priority.

Jon.

P.S had an MGZT diesel until a truck wrote it off (MG was parked, I wasn't in it) !

My dad had a rover vitesse 820 turbo saloon in green and from memory a nice car and quite quick with my dad driving!
He didn't have it long as a LHD lorry driver wrote it off after crashing into the cars nearside rear. It was mint before this and everything worked even the air con.

I always liked the 827 coupe Vitesse.

Lovely leather seats too!

Just a few points to underline my comments about inaccuracies (see the car on their website), the colour is simply White, not Polar White, and 700s have four coats of paint not six, and 114hp not 117hp. KGF also draw the viewer's attention to the steeply raked rear screen!

There are other criticisms of the description but I've made my point, and maybe I'm being fussy. It is a lovely example though, in my preferred specification.
