Question MOT Fail please help!

2005 V70 failed mot on rubber mounts... HELP
Hi there, new to the forum and was wondering if you guys could help me out with what bushes the examiner was on about that need changing..... on my failure list it states:

anti-roll bar rubber mounting deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (both rear D bushes) - how hard of a job is this to do?

and the other one im totally lost with is:

Suspension arm rubber mounting deteriorated resulting in excessive movement nearside and offside front lower (rear bush).

now looking on google and searching for a while im getting very confused with what bush or even rubber mount hes referring to.... is it the mount or the bush and what do i need to do to sort it out.....

Please could somebody point me in the right way as im totally confused at this stage

much appreciated!

lower front bush are your front lower arms, if you have time polybush them, you will never have to do them again, as for the anti roll bar, its a complete new bar or get the polybushes off ebay

Search rear roll bar bushes. I'm sure there is one with pictures, just can't find it.
