I like a deep dish as well, looks smart against the white.

Thank you for posting the photographs.

Many of us older Volvo owners are a bit conservative, so we are going to have to agree to disagree about the very large wheels and lowering the suspension. It is your motor car though, so if it makes you happy that is a good thing.

Alan

PS. Don't worry about very conservative old Volvo owners like me; it is a nice motor car, so do what you like with it as long as it makes you happy :-).

Whitewall tyres are a thing in Auz & USA, very popular on white 240 saloons.

Anyone trying similar in this country will be rightly ridiculed.

I believe colouring the branding size markings in white etc is still acceptable though

They are only 18’ wheels. Not that big imo. I understand it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but you’re right it’s my car and each of us do things that make us happy. Anyone that does a car to make others happy is wrong.

Of course .

Many of us consider 15" wheels quite risqué:

Nice colour, I'm seeing it as an Onyx Brown? but could be a Graphite Grey, Skoda did the Superb in a nice BRG metallic and a lush Choc Brown metallic for a while, both suited the car but I think they've deleted both now and there was no Candy Red Plum Purples at all which done right look the dogs imo.

Cars are very limited in colour choices now sadly.
