Climate Control one side colder than the other 🥵
Hey Guys
I have a 2008 XC90 My Climate Control passenger side is colder than the driver side and I can feel the difference in temperature quite a bit. 🥵 I live in Central America and here is always Hot and 100% humidity. Is there is a way to fix this or reset the AC blend doors? I dont have VIDA just a regular OBD Scanner Or Maybe I can move manually the Driver side electric actuator blend door? Is this is easy to access? Is there is a DIY You Tube Video about fixing this? Other than this, everything is working normally, all lights, gauges, AC Fan Speed, AC Thermostat on both sides. Thx for your time and help 🙏 Isaac |

This could be a faulty air quality sensor. This literally "sniffs" the air coming into the HVAC system and operates the air intake flap accodingly. It is easy enough to replace but a new genuine sensor can be expensive. Genuine used sensors can be found cheaply on eBay.

There are several different AQS sensors used, easiest is to speak to a dealer who can look up your particular car, or remove the unit and check the part number, but that involves removing the wiper arm/blade and windscreen cowl to gain access ... wiper arm requires a puller to remove.
