Hi guys ihave my 940 wentworth estate for sale, 20l turbo manual box. No tax or mot but good condition overall and mechanically very good. No time available to re mot but on a quick check cannot find anything wrong bar one tyre on legal limit. Open to offers!

If it hasn't got an mot then you cannot sell it as a car. Legally it is just a collection of parts.
A prospective buyer can't take it for a test drive on public roads so will have no way to check it's condition. They will also need a trailer to collect it.
If you can't be bothered to mot the car then don't expect much more than what has already been offered, i.e. scrap value.

A little harsh me thinks. Scrap value approx £130 and i dont think anyone has offered that yet.

Anyone who tries selling a car with the words "No time available to re mot" either doesn't realise the difference in value between a ton and a half of scrap steel and a decent car with a full year's ticket, or knows full well the car will never pass a MOT.

Spend the hour and the £55 getting the thing MOTd and you'll sell the car for about £500 more if it's in the condition you say it is.
