For Sale - Volvo S60 in Kent £650

Hi All,

My father in law has upgraded to an S80 so its time for his S60 to find a new owner......

The car is a 2001 S60 2.0T in Green and has covered 151370 miles. It has the 2.0 LPT engine with a manual gearbox. The MOT expires on 22/10/2015 so has 3 months to go but there is no reason why it wont pass another one without any problems. The car has been owned by my father in law for over 10 years.

Overall the car is mechanically very good with lots of history of works carried out, there are stamps in the service book up to 78,649 miles following which the car has been maintained at home with regular oil changes and servicing.

Recently the car has had the following:-
1) Main electric window switch replaced
2) New wishbones both sides
3) Drop links replaced (All 4)
4) New track rod ends (Both sides)
5) New front brake pads and discs
6) New rear brake pads and discs
7) Gear box oil replaced
8) New CV Gators
9) New boot lock
10) New brake fluid and hoses
11) Oil change including filter
12) New air filter
13) New pollen filter
15) Hand brake cable replaced
16) New alternator
18) New battery

All four tyres are in good condition with the front 2 having recently been replaced.

The car really does drive perfectly with performance and handling of a car with a fraction of the mileage.

Cosmetically I would describe the car as average. It is clean and respectable but not mint condition. Being totally honest I would say that the wheels could do with a refurb, there are one or two light scratches and a couple of small areas on the bootlid which have been touched in.

I think the car is worth £650 given the mechanical condition, however am open to offers.
