Just to add, I believe that the offender has also breached a number of FSA rules as well..

On a personal note I DO hope they throw the book at you as you obviously have no regard for the law and should never be able to hold the same position again.

And this is funny, well it appears Vpcuk are using a version of "miserable users" hack which means that you dont actually get banned, which may look bad but the user cannot logon and if they do they end up with various "flood" messages such as the server is busy, or end up in a location they did not intend to visit.
So Bruce i have sent you a Pm here and a email so maybe you would like to get back to me. The fact that you can read this post without actually having to log in on my be of comfort to you.

Well congratulations, at least you have grown some and banned me now, rather than use the "miserable user" hack to prevent my login. Clearly you saw this initial action as an embarrassment.
If you call ****-stirring, opening up the thread to show the people (or persons) who post amongst you and their ethics, then i am sorry you need to pull your head out of the sand. I suspect however as you (as a forum) have done before, you are editing peoples right to free comment to protect your own interests.
To protect a "man" who has broken more ethical and constitutional laws than a MP, i expect at a later date you will live to regret it.
Do yourselves a favour and consider the reflection on your club, when a member you have protected from critisism is procecuted for a action you have been publically informed of and rejected by the actions of your moderation team.
Oh and running from a server in Texas US wont wash when the owner and moderation team are well known within the community
