One problem might indeed be with royal mail.
However it also seems you havent done yourself and your reputation a favour
by not replying immediately , not reacting immediately.
You now provided royal mail barcodes for registered letters.
That is good, because now your statements can be checked by the people
who were to receive your letters/stickers.

Again, you have a interesting product.
Be carefull not to blemish your reputation.That is a first rule for starting entrepeneurs

IMO, if none of these track, then either the Post Office where they were posted have forgotten to scan them or they have not been posted. I emailed the guy, to the address given on his PayPal account, and asked for my money back . No reply, so far.

If the guy has those numbers, he should also have the receipts from the Post Office showing time and date posted and the fee paid.
Maybe he should scan and post them on here if he is genuine; if they were shipped by Special Delivery they are guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day after posting!
Hope all you guys get your money back from Paypal anyways.

The numbers still do not track so they CANNOT be in the system. If they were sent Special Delivery it would be almost £6 per package so that seems unlikely. Recorded packages are recorded from the time they are posted so that's also very unlikely as well.

I think we have been scammed, although don't know if this is intentional or the guy has meant well but got overwhelmed. Is it a crime, well yes, it's could be Theft or Fraud but I doubt that the Police would get involved and as we don't know where this guy lives, which Police Force would be responsible. Reporting it to the local Police would only get a crime number !

So, unless some one knows where this guy lives and is willing to share that with us, it's the end of the line (at least for those who paid with PayPal Gift). The worse (best) that can happen is that he is banned from the forum ?

It's really sad when this happens as the guy has not made a fortune and if he was that hard up I would have donated the money to him. It spoils if for other traders and members on this, and many other forums.
