Default A trio of Error Codes

Hi all, hoping to pick the collective VF knowledge on T4 Faults....
I have three errors logged on the ECU

Long Term Fuel trim,
Missfire, Emmissions control
Torque Reduction

Are they linked? What do i need to look at first?

It has had new plugs in the last 3,000 Mi

Check coil packs for starters - common cause of misfires. There should be no cracks in the plastic stem parts.

Was getting torque reduction all the time...after new clutch and DMF, never again. Is this plausible?
