Default V70 winter tyre size

I'm running a d4 r design with 245 40 18 tyres.

Handbook says that Volvo recommend a rim and tyre size combo for the v70. It seems I need to ask a dealer. Does anyone here work for a dealer or know what the answer is.

I may be willing to buy winter rims but I'd probably prefer to refurb my existing set as a solid colour and but new diamond cut summer rims.

Thanks
Shinjuku

just get some all season tyres instead of swapping them, we don't really have the winters here to justify proper winter tyres.

well, that's my opinion anyway, haven't looked back sine using cross climates!
