2008 V70 T6 Year 4 service cost

I've had a search and couldn't find any previous threads on this, apologies if there already is...

2008 V70 3.0 T6
Done 25,000 miles.

How much should the service be?

Hello,

The 4 year service would be..

plugs ( 2 types - down to chassis number)
oil (7.4 litres)
oil filter
air filter
pollen filter
sump washer

just to give you an indication of cost we would charge £220 for that service using Genuine Volvo Parts.

that seems a very fair price any idea how much a v70 2.4 petrol 2007 cam belt with tensioners would be please,im from near the ex rover factory at longbridge so not to far to you ,i usually do all my own work but getting to old now

For my 08 V70 2.4D geartronic with 30,000 miles I've been quoted £550 by local Volvo dealership.

I got quoted a lot less when I did my 2nd year service (37k miles) - I think about £350.

Haggle, haggle, haggle; ring some more local garages and tell the cheapest you want a discount...
