Default LED running lights

Does anyone know whether it is possible to fit some LED daytime running lights to the 2012 V70?
Is it possible for the dealer to reprogram the car so that the headlamps (and tailamps) do not come on with the ignition?
Would the lights then be automatic, coming on at dusk?
In a perfect world, LEDs could be set up so that they go off when the headlamps come on (automatically)
The led drls of the new V50/S40 are more effective than the fogs on the V70 and would reduce the use of the xenon bulbs. There are also loads of decent (not boy racer) LEDs on eBay etc.
I know that I am after Audi functionality on my Volvo, but don't like Audis!
Thanks

Well I was thinking about the same thing. Lights can be reprogrammed in my s80 but don't know about MY 2012. Need to email Your nearest dealer and they will be happy to help. I just got email back about lights and new washer jets. Lights are 40 quid to reprogram and washer jets(new style) are 15 each - ouch!!! I have fitted DRL in my old car and rewired them to side lights. And when lights were on drl were off and vice vers. Very straight forward. Took about 40 mins to fit. But easy enough for someone with bit off common sense.
