S90 What`s this dash icon?
Can anyone tell me what this icon is next to the lights, stright up from the arrow.
I suspect it may be something to do with lane keeping assist but can`t find the definitive answer in the manual.

It is the 'you have no messages' icon
When you have something to respond to or know about it appears in that space. Otherwise all is good......

As has been said "watch this space" Set the collision warning (maybe not it's Volvo name) at it's most sensitive, sit back and wait. Expect a very quick and brief application of the of the brakes, an audible warning and that symbol to flash.

As mentioned above, Its a multi function message icon, several functions will show in that icon, one that most pops up is if you go to the centre of the road the lane keeping warning will show, that one only activates over a certain speed.

It's the brain of the car. A "living" complex electronic sensory "chip brain". Put it like this

Presumably you mean the couple of Grey square things? If so, if you look carefully then it should be slightly animated (I think from memory the light grey highlight on it circles round). If so, then this basically tells you that the Intellisense safety systems are operational. If something isn't working properly, or the car wants to alert you to anything, then it appears here....

It`s funny you should say that as my missus said at the weekend she thought it was moving a little and I told her to sober up
