Default '97 V70 rear view mirror and fittings wanted.

Hi

Don't ask how I broke it, but I am looking for a 1997 V70 rear view mirror. I am unsure how it is fixed because the stem is hidden inside the front courtesy lights console, so whatever is out of sight, I want that also.

Cheers

Barry

Hi 440Turbo

Thanks Turbo. Any chance you could kindly let me have a pic of it? What does it actually consist of under the console. Is it easy to fit?

Is your price negotiable?

Cheers

Hi
I am currently dismantling my 98 s70 TDI due to the dreaded water pump failiure.

The mirror removal is straightforward.

Remove the 2 lamp covers in the courtesy panel.

This reveals 2 x T10 Torx screws which facilitates the removal of the panel.

Now you need a torx T25 screwdriver to undo the 2 screws that hold the mirror in place.

If you still require a mirror let me know what it is worth to you .

postage would be £1.95 2nd class as it weighs 400g.

cheers

eddie
