D4204T turbo issue?

I have a c70 with the D4204T diesel engine. The engine is very noisy when accelerating. VIDA shows that the turbo boost pressure is not following the requested pressure at idle or half throttle. The difference between requested and MAP pressure is significant.
Should the MAP sensor pressure not be close to the requested boost pressure at least when given a few seconds to adjust?
Any ideas/suggestions?

If its already mismatching at idle then its the boostsensor the suspect
