VOC app frozen in ‘car in use’
Ive had this before, and reinstalling the app helps - not this time.
The car does not seem to be able to reach the server, any tips? Will have a look through settings then give it a battery reset. I had VOC service required flash up once or twice last week, but at that stage everything still worked, remote starting etc.

May be worth trying a battery reset. In my case the dealer fixed it by reinstalling/updating software.

Pulled the rear battery for 10 minutes, still no connection from the car to VOC.
I’ll give it a run and then if no joy get it booked it, its also needing the apps reinstalled and the oil changed anyway as when you into the status its showing an oil overfill, so assume its made a mess of a few regens

Gave up and booked it into the dealer:
VOC in fault Oil ‘overfilled’ Apps frozen for a year, stuck in a loop of eternal updating

Did you manage to get that fixed? So battery reset was not the option to go for it seems as it caused more problems than solutions

The VOC memory was overflowing with system errors apparently, it needed these cleared and the software reloaded, worked normally since.
Battery made zero difference
