1998 T4 for sale
I have a 1998 Volvo T4, my son owned it from new for 3 years then by myself until now. It has covered a genuine 85250 miles, it had a cambelt change about 5 years ago, new radiator 18 months ago, new rubber engine mounts at the same time, a new silencer system last year, new injectors but not needed.
the reason I want to sell it because I need a bigger vehicle to carry my RC Gliders. It's generally in good condition apart from a bit of paint bubbling at the bottom of both wheel arches, the engine management is on but that's been on for the last 5 years with no problems, the trip counter resets itself every time. Tow bar fitted only to pull a jetski when my son owned it. Looking for £1000. |

S40 or v40? Have you investigated why the engine management light is on?

BTW if you purchase a £5-7 Bluetooth OBDII reader that'll connect to your smartphone you can check, and clear most error code(s). If they were for historic issues, rather than a ongoing problem, they'll not come up again. FWIW I found that a Bluetooth one let me clear error codes whereas a cabled one didn't - it only read them. When you've got the codes post them up on here and someone'll help you to diagnose them. HTH
