Message to Derbyman,

I still need your address too, I've sent a PM a few days ago.
Hope you see this, waiting to post the temp gauge to you.
Thanks, Mick

Default Fin

Mick - just to let you know the fin arrived intact, many thanks, together with the paperwork.

We'll get the thinking cap on to see how it can be fixed, which will be fun, or should that be fin!

All the best - have an enjoyable Volvo free break if poss.

Ric

Hi Mark,

I removed the sender from the car, but still need to check if it works.
The fuel gauge in my own car has a mind of it's own, but that may be the gauge rather than the sender. Sometimes thumping the dash makes it work again, so it could just be a dry joint on the wiring. If the spare sender is OK and I can get mine to work reliably then will let you know.

Cheers,
Mick

Just wondering if this car had the later dual circuit brakes? If so does it have the elelctric brake light switch that comes off a bracket next to the brake pedal. If so I would like to have the bracket and switch.

Cheers

Hi Jimbo,

Single circuit brakes, so the switch is in the pipe work adaptor block.

Cheers, Mick

The rear panel looks very good, considering that the underside at the back is so poor.
The rear wings / sides are also fine, and the roof section is perfect. Any one with accident damage / rally car prang etc, and needing body repair sections, I may be able to help.
I can take pics of body areas if interested.

Cheers, Mick
