mikealder VOC Member Last Online: Nov 6th, 2016 10:18 Join Date: May 2009 Location: Blackpool UK	Those pictures look like a previous botched repair, no surface treatment to the rust, thin skim of filler followed by topcoat, I would look at sand blasting the whole roof back to good metal but that will be a huge task looking at the corrosion. The vinyl roof looks the easier option once the rust is treated/ removed - Mike
