Lovely car, must handle amazingly now compared to the factory setup.

You need some bigger brakes now, they look lost under those alloys!
HAHA! It's like you read my mind! Spent the day cutting a template out after trying for ages to get it printed to scale, for measuring out the new setup of brakes. Looks like I will be going for an eight pot PB set, they seem to be good value for money and they have been very helpful over emails with recommendations. Probably won't be able to get them till next month as the window tints are due this weekend!

I have only gone for a front set at the moment my thinking being that they do all the work anyway? Is this a good idea or should I look for something at the rear too?
I can only afford fronts at the moment mind you so guess I will see how it handles with them first and then think about the back.

Was thinking I should go for red calipers to match in with the writing on the alloys. I can just paint the back red for the time being.

Anyone used PB stuff before or heard any things good or bad about them?

Are you on Bilstein dampers yet ?

They are a massive upgrade too - nearly equivalent to the Polybushing I would say

yeah they were done with the coils. Not sure where to look next once the brakes are done, guess it will be back to looking at the intercooler and polished manifolds etc. I have been toying with the idea of getting the interior re-trimmed and maybe looking at a double din with built in sat nav etc.

Talking

Following a flirt with the OBD bluetooth reader and my android phone it struck me that there must be an App out there for the Macbook Pro, there is but its not cheap!!
anyway due to having many an apple voucher that i have never spent i splashed out and got Movi OBD tool.
It is possibly the most fun i have had yet with my mac! it reads the elm 327 perfectly and is very accurate, and the best bit of all it talks to me!!! not quite knight rider but very good all the same. The charting / graphing and verbal is all customised to your choices and will trace all kinds of engine data.
It also gives full fault code reading and if you find a fault one click will have you online finding out what google thinks about it.
Going out for a run tomorrow to do a full tracking at some different "driving styles" see what info i can get from it, apparently it will also track my route and if i drive in a big enough "circle" will offer some timing options for laps etc?
