I seem to be out of pocket with a dealer in volvo spares

Can any kind person advise please? I see a VOC Director (Bob) has posted that anyone having problems with Volvo Spares in Southhampton (Keith Cooper) should contact him - might you be out there, Bob? Not sure if I'm working this correctly! KC took my money but did not supply and ignores requests for a refund of the online (stupid of me..) transfer I made to his Nat West A/C. After sending it and getting no joy, I was horrified to see the past experiences of others dealing with KC.....Anyone got an address for KC - he very very occasionally answers a Mobile 07774406752 but rings off; he does not respond to an e mail keithcooper55@hotmail.com -although he did "before taking my cash". My bank is in touch with his - but I have been advised professionally to send him a Recorded Letter requesting a refund within 30 days. I am a bit new on this site and hope, if Bob or anyone else is kind enough to respond, that I will find the answer on Site. But I would be very happy to receive a response on john@jwassociates.fsnet.co.uk. I have 2 elderly 240s on the road (more or less) and one SORN and have had a series of 240s for 23 years. he's not showing as being director at anything and volvo-spares.uk has been dissolved, so he may be a sole trader

he was struck off as a director 2008, when company was wound up, so what the company actually is, and if he's doing any legal trade is obviously questionable.
