Default master brake cylinders Q

Does anybody know if the master brake cylinder different for those with abs and those without?

also disk brakes versus drums on the rear any difference there both no abs

Brake line fittings any differences from drum brakes to rear calipers, dosent make sense to have any and just make one set of lines accross the range?

Handbrake operation, is the cable the same length from the join for rear wheels on disks and drums?

Lots of questions!!

No certain answers from me I'm afraid, but I suspect there will be some differences of all of the components between models of 400s if the specs. of the systems are different? If you peruse the Haynes Manual then you should be able to get a bit more info., and you could always search on well known car websites and compare the recommended part numbers for different models?

I doubt if many of us have comprehensive knowledge of the whole range and are able to make this comparison (with one or two possible exceptions perhaps).
