Hi Lmason

Yes indeed you are in part correct, and as I say I understand where you are coming from. Its good where you have got to considering the problems.

A lot of the hospitals in which people were detained for "treatment" years ago have indeed been closed down as a result of issues that arose in them. They now stand empty and derelict.Yet people that were in them are still recovering from the experience. Its sad but certain issues still arise in care systems even nowadays and it is only recently that issues have come to light with an example being what happened at Winterbourne

I have seen various things in life and its true what you say about a lot of people being unhappy and simply going through the motions or deluding themselves.

Regards

Volvorocks is right - if your buyer was pulled over having bought your car (you can play with saying ownership wasn't transferred until he gets home all you want, but no court will believe anything other than that the car now belongs to the new owner), their "drive any car as long as it doesn't belong to you" isn't going to wash.

The most stupid thing about that is that eBay offers 5 days free insurance to a winning buyer anyway, so it's an argument over nothing!

FWIW, Volvorocks, no report came through to me. I agree that this thread is sailing very close to the wind in general. The pair of you should give it a break, anyway. I'm in half a mind to remove that page full of bickering.

cheers

James

Cool

the crown prosecution would throw it out with insufficient evidence.

the only evidence is the word of the buyer and seller.

so, any coppa wanting it to go to court would be wasting their time.

receipt dating the following day for the new buyer buyer, a receipt is proof of purchase, the cps could not proove that the piece of paper is fraudulent.

maybe you lot would be too affraid to exercise your rights, bu i sure aint, till the cows come home.

ps, i am quite happy for all the contents of post to be removed.

including my advert.
because i have discovered no potential buyers with the cash are on here.

the cash is what i want, not all this bickering.

eBay is probably your best route, to be fair.

Shall we call a truce (either draw a line under the thread, or lock it)...or do you literally want it removed? The banter was entertaining for a while, but I think this is now serving more or less no purpose, as you say.

cheers

James
