I was informed that it would 6-7 mths delivery so I went with the XC60 apparently I was informed the S90 is made in China (not the glass)

I now have a V40 D2 R-Design as a loan car, quite nice really! The engine feels surprisingly strong for 118bhp and on a couple of short town trips seeing the mpg indicator bouncing around between 40-60mpg mostly is pretty impressive too! Will be interesting to see how it does on my usual commute until my "proper" car arrives.

Same week I ordered mine, probably came on the same boat I'd imagine! Alas, I've still not heard from Volvo today... Are they pushing it here from the docks??

Heard from the dealer this morning that mine has now arrived and is being prepped - should take delivery by the end of the week. Probably... ;-)

had a V40 D4 Inscription before . My new car is Brilliant

Finally picked mine up too today! Very nice!

Ride from R-Design suspension is absolutely fine and refined compared to Audi/BMW etc. Still figuring some things out, made the mistake of moving it a bit onto a central parking island in my street and seemingly fighting with the "e-Brake" as I tried to manoeuvre, was getting quite stressful with the car bouncing up and down... Until I put my seatbelt on. :| I thought it was keyless entry too but doesn't seem to be. Overall though very quiet and comfortable with just enough oomph from the D4.
