Modification priorities
So I'm tying myself up in knots over this and I need help..
I'm interested in getting a new exhaust for my c70 and have set my sights on one made by ferrita and they also have a downpipe available. My quandary is do I do it piecemeal or save up and buy both? The next issue is if I do upgrade the exhaust next step will be a remap (Voltech Glasgow is just down the road from me). Once this is done I take it the suspension and brakes will need to be done? I'd love any suggestions you have on the order I'd need to do these pieces of work and if the best way is just to save up and do it all in one job lot. Cheers!! |

I guess it only makes sense to do the remap after the exhaust apart from that I doubt the order of the brakes and suspension matters.

All in one go IMO. Otherwise, constantly contacting your insurance company to advise of modifications will get pretty tedious......

Ferrita exhausts....
Quote:
I keep the Ferrita stainless cat back performance exhausts in stock and their downpipe for the later cars that have the angled flange turbo... My website is down for extensive update for the next few days. You can call me on 01494 785508 or email don@kalmar-union.com. Don.

If you're going for a full exhaust system and a remap, you might as well improve the air intake as well before the remap. But I still agree with the above, brakes and suspension first, then up the power.
