well i made a conscious decision today that im not filling up at a pump that is over 70p
My tank has bleeped its last bleep until i see it under 70p
Just filled up with shell unleaded petrol
i cant see that the filters and plugs change is really worth the payoff against real fuel

Coldest December on record = heating fuel prices high. Have a look at the price for heating oil that's rocketed too. It'll come down again once the market stabilises from the spike in demand caused by the cold weather.

Even at current prices LPG would still save me £72 every thousand miles compared to petrol. Given I do two thousand miles a month at the least that would still be a saving worth having now that the install has paid for itself.

Cheers,
John

even at £72 per 1000 miles im happier running petrol
the big petrol companies are just taking the mickey out of everyone now.
Its a bit like the class bully spotting the short spotty kid in the corner of the class.
He didnt notice him before as he was having too much fun picking on the fat kid at the front of the class.
im not gonna waste anymore time out in the cold holding onto that stupid button.
I might change my mind when the weather gets better

Well mine fills with gas as almost quick as it fills with petrol (multivalve tank), and I can't tell the difference between running on gas or petrol, so I'll stick with gas for now

Surely V.A.T. is duty! Domestic gas is vat`ed. It should not stop the technology being introduced.

Good idea!

Picket Piece Motors, Andover
Picket Piece Motors, 23a Picket Piece,Andover,Hants,SP116LY

http://picketpiece.com/

They are the guys who supply the Lima autogas branches, consistently over 10p a litre cheaper than the major retailers, not sure what they are charging at the moment as I've not been up there in a while.
