  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

My links were to eBay and to a seller. If they have changed it is a case of searching. But if you buy Durite or other good quality fuse-holders you won't go wrong. Good luck with the job. It's just methodical changing of the connections.

I guess you've had a lot of good stuff from them so they must be generally good.

Sadly a black fuse-holder I bought from them fell apart when removing a push fit connector. See above. I hope that I was just unlucky. I lost confidence and I regard the consignment as "not to be used". Next time I go near an electrical items recycling site....

The other problem is their minimum order. So far as I recall with p&p and VAT one has to spend about £20. I bought a couple of Durite fuse-holders for a lot less than that from eBay and my local auto electricians sell them very reasonably priced.

For critical components, I prefer known trusted brands.

I used them a lot over 10 years ago when I ran a mail-order business, never had any issues, I think the minimum order was £5.00 for free carriage back then, but I always bought in bulk.

It pays to shop around though.
