Default Erratic Limp mode problem

Hi guys iv got a problem with our 2008 v70 2.4d 175k miles but 85k on turbo dpf.
recently the car is going into limp mode every time you go near 3k rev and even if you drive carefully up to 3k revs the car feels very flat and under powered, theres not much performance in 1st and 2nd gear and a small bit of boost from 2k to3k revs in 3rd and 4th gear then a lack in performance then eml and limp mode. Sometimes what power there is will come back whilst driving.

None of my fault readers will read the Volvo but using the dash i get 2 faults 020 and 129 which I believe is low boost, from looking on the web it looks like the actuator could be at fault? Has anyone had any similar experiences with these symptoms and resolved it?

Thanks
