C30 General : - A few questions please

Hello there, I've recently bought an 2010 facelifted C30 and have a few question.

1) A carpark bump has managed to break off the headlamp washer blanking plate and break the spray bar - the nozzle that pops out to clean the headlamps. Anyone replaced these parts themselves? Easy job?

2) I need to service the car - will the V50 Haynes Manual provide any useful information?

Not sure about the washer bits but I would imagine it would be fairly easy once you get the front bumper off.

I need to get a Haynes book for my V50 - I find them invaluable. That said, if your wifi reaches outside then there is plenty on the interweb now, so take a laptop, phone or tablet out fkr reference.
