Will have to keep Johnson's in mind when I need some service parts. Got friends in Solihull so can make a day of it when visiting.

I used them today and they were superb. I finished work at 5, just when the parts dept closes. I rang earlier and spoke to Stuart who arranged for the parts to be left in the showroom for me to pay for and collect. When I got there at about 5:30 Stuart was still about and served me himself. He also gave me an updated price list too.

Can't fault the service with this dealer at all. Just found out too my neighbour uses them after problems with a different main dealer (like leaving a screwdriver and 2 spanners under the bonnet.)

I ordered new brake discs and pads for the rear, new front pads, wipers, spark plugs, air filter all for under £100. Service was brilliant, nice guy. I would highly recommend Stuart for your parts needs.

Hi,

Just be mindful, parts prices are ok, however i had my 850TDI in their workshop for the fuel pump timing, they could not do it and wanted me to pay £450 for the cambelt doing again as part of the pump timing procedure!!

I took my car to GRN Volvo in Smethwick instead who dropped my car back to me in Solihull and only charged me £160 for a spot on job,
