Default Vida communication XC60

Hi, bit of a long winded post but here goes. Looking for pointers as to why Vida will not communicate with our xc60. Major power faults within the car, which show up on vida once connected. But when i go to erase the faults, the system dis-connects itself from the car. Vida is working fine on our S60, so not a problem with the unit itself. Any help gratefully appreciated, as i am starting to lose the plot. Thanks

Connect a known good battery to the XC60 with jump leads and try again.
