940 tdi auto
hi i recently swopped the rear brake light bulbs and fog lights for red ones as i have the same type as you was told by another motorist they looked like candles before i did this they are nice and red now this doesn't seem to effect the amber reflectors just the red ones got them for a few pounds on ebay new rear reflectors will set you back about £40 each at least! only my thoughts

I am guessing that wheel trims are correct for that car.
You might preer Volvo Omega 15" alloys. They look very similar indeed to those wheel trims. They come up for sale in the forum occasionally at very reasonable prices. In my opinion Volvo alloys are very well made. When I bought my first set of Omegas the tyre depot said, you have treated yourself. And imo they sell for a modest price, well below their value. I maintain that price and value are different concepts. .. |

Looking smart. I like the colour.
I was looking at car and classic earlier some nice low mileage examples for sale but for vastly more money than you got this for. I bet by the the time you have finished this will look nearly as good but for a lot less. I wonder what a nice 940 will fetch in a few years time. |

My thoughts exactly. And it's all your handiwork too, no amount of money can buy the sense of pride you get from rolling around in a car that you've brought back to A1 condition yourself! That's a big part of Volvo ownership for me. Love it!
