Seatbelt will have to be released by unbolting the lower fixing which is under the side bolster.
To remove the bolster you have to move it up then you can get at the seatbelt fixing bolt. I suspect you are missing the button that stops the belt from winding all the way in so don't let the belt retract more than you need to release to to wind out. Button not sure which bit you want help with on the other side seat lock or headrest ? |

Its the headrest toggle that you pull so it flops forward....its currently in the down position but not "down enough" so I cannot get the seat up back up.
The seatbelt has a toggle to stop it retracting so I don't know what's causing it. |

The seat belt could just be locked then because of the way the car is sitting which has engaged the lock on the belt as it would if you pull it out to quick.
If you can't fiddle it to get it unlocked you will have to un-bolt the reel end of the seat belt to release it. Don't know how you are going to release the head rest you may have to dismantle the seat to get the the head rest mechanism to release it , with out the tab to pull to release the head rest I can't see how else you can get the the mechanism. |
