Default Group-buy bumpers???

Hello all,
have currently got okay-ish bumpers on my otherwise gorgeous (recently totally resprayed) 122s but, having recently had a little back-dated pay come through, am very tempted to go for some shiny new ones as a xmas treat to myself....
Is anyone currently sorting a group buy? And, if, so, what sort of price are we looking at?
Thanks to anyone with any helpful info,
Emily x

Good luck with that....
Six months ago I sold the Amazon I'd had for about two years, and one of the first posts I remember seeing on here after I'd joined up was one about buying a load of remanufactured bumpers....

I recently bought a pair for my p1800s from Viet Nam and they were prompt and ready to reduce the price a but to get the sale. And they are lovely and shiny and fitted easily.

Default Amazon Bumpers

I bought the Harrington Group stainless steel bumpers for my Amazon. They look good but my coachbuilder has just spent over 4 hours trying to fit the front one. He finally managed but the overriders appear tilted forwards. Looks silly. Seems as if we are going to have to bore holes to get them to fit properly.
Rear bumper supposed to be fitted this weekend. Will report on outcome of this exercise.
Simon at Brookhouse has already been contacted for prices for front if the stainless steel ones not satisfactory.

Rear bumper fitted easily and looks good. I already have a new Volvo chrome over rider and this fits well to the front replacing the poorly fitting Harrington one. A new one ordered from Simon for other side.
The Harrington ones could not be altered to fit in any way. Anyone want a pair of useless new, stainless steel overriders?

If they are free I'll have them. As I totaled mine in a crash, so anything is better than nothing.

I sent an email off to Harrington Group middle of last week seeking some form of compensation for the two front overriders which are totally inadequate. You may be surprised to know that I have not yet had a reply.
Will keep you updated.
