Oh yes - nearly forgot. Looking at an ad for an in car DAB aerial - the small print said that it should be stuck to the inside of a window but not one with a metalic tint or heater element. The more I think about it the more I am inclined to think that the problem is the rear window heater element. Perhaps it is best to stick it to the windscreen behind the mirror etc.

Mine's a Zendar screen-tronic mounted behind mirror. I receive a signal good enough to get DAB in most areas. It is almost as good as the pillar mounted one on my GLT estate.

I will keep a look out for one of those Mike.

Anyway, Ive tried the ebay aerial in all sorts of positions including the rear quaterlight windows. This was done during me 50 mile work commute which as you can imagine took twice as long! Rubbish! Ive unplugged it and gone back to the telescopic one.

I will however try this again if a good quality one comes along.

As a matter of interest I saw exactly the same one (except it had instructions) in Halfords (Bracknell) this afternoon - nearly £15!
