Default Xc90 friction from rear wheels

2011 xc90 r design se auto. There is a feeling of friction from the rear tyres, where moving off from a stationery position, especially if turning at the same time. No related error code on dash for this. Had previously got error code for abs but this cleared after we replaced abs reluctor rings and sensors on the front. Rear friction is still there though. Volvo garage had no clue and said it could be handbrake but i’d need yo leave the car with them for a number of days!! Meaning £££££. Also have error message for last number of months saying gear box service required. No effects on the car, gears still seem to change perfectly. Again volvo garage had NO clue! They said it would take a long investigation and they still mite not have an answer! Can anyone enlighten me?
