The best thing for the sunroof is a glass one from a later V90 or S90. Try CP Motors in Tamworth. These are a straight fit and if you fancy making it electric, that too is dead easy. Later cars are prewired (from 1992 I think).
I have bought three headliners and paid about 75 quid each time, about 60 for the sunroofs.
