V70 Body/Trim: after some advice...

Hello just after some advice if any one could give it to me.

I bought an ex police V70 t5 see link http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=161110 .

It been fantastic no issues etc. Unfortunately the last owner emigrated so cant quiz him The only things that doesn't work are the front fog lights and headlight washers. The fog lights wired in place and switch present , but when pressed the led doesn't come on or the lights illuminate, however I found in the glove box a relay which after goggling is a Volvo fog relay. The front washers just don't work. the last owner replaced the bumper.

the first question I have is ;

1 Where does the fog relay live? tried everywhere I can thing and looked on forums.

2 If its not this it may need a software up date - before I shell out with Volvo does anyone know if police spec Volvos came with them as standard?

3 Any ides with the washers?

From looking at the photo's the fogs are exactly the same as mine, whether it had them originally or they came with the bumper I don't know. I would have thought they would be standard being the se spec. Have you checked to see if the bulbs are present?

With reguards to the washer jets, have a look at Fuse #15 35Amp in the bonnet compartment (IIRC), make sure the resovouir is fully topped up as it won't squirt them if it drops below a certain level and if that doesn't work then it could be the pump is goosed (located under the washer bottle)
