Default Polyurethane bushes

I am looking to replace the rear trailing arm bushes on my 145 with polyurethane instead of the rubber and thought I would see if anyone had some they weren't going to use that they would sell before I bought them from one of the suppliers!
Anyone?

I can understand using polyurethane bushes on some cars but personally Id stick with rubber- it will give you better ride and put less stress on an older cars nether regions. In my case that goes for my nether regions too, lol!

Thanks for your reply. I have already replaced the bushes with new rubber items but there is so much movement in them I want something firmer!
If you click the link in post 7 of this thread :

You will see what I mean by the short video I have posted of the bushes compressing while the car is being rocked back and forth by my 14 year old son who is not exactly well built! When you go to pull away you can feel all the play "winding up" before you actually start to move.
I have had enough of it now and will be changing to poly bushes for sure, but was hoping someone may have had some about they didn't need!

Freaky, that's a lot of movement. They must be like jelly to cause that. Bushes I've replaced have never been as soft as that. Well it has to be the compound they're made of. Out of interest are the bushes themselves stainless?

The PU bushes that I make are supplied with a stainless tube.

I have a feeling that it is not the bushes causing the problem but at least with the PU bushes it should be fit and forget.
