Default T5 starting problems when warm

Hi, my 99 T reg v70 T5 has recentley developed an annoying fault. The car starts from cold fine but recentley after the car has been driven and stopped for a short while i.e when I've been to get petrol or called into a shop she starts for literally 2 seconds then dies and refuses to start again.

I've been keeping an eye on the fault and it seems to do it from anything between a couple of mins and an hr or so since it's been swithched off. I can leave her all day at work and she'll start fine an run fine this is also the case after standing all night.

The only way I can seem to trick her into restarting after she's cut out is to take the key out, lock her, reopen her then turning the key whilest revving her. She thens starts but for 30 seconds or so it seems likes she's gonna cut out again so have to keep blipping the throttle ( I know this is bad on an engine with a turbo so looking for a fix).

Has anyone any idea what is at fault and how to fix it.

Thanks Andy B
