wanted: S40 T4
Due to recent circumstances, My T4 being recovered, due to the previous owner having outstanding finance on it (Yes, i wish i had done a hpi search!), I am now looking to buy another (the love affair had only just begun...lol).
Unfortunately my budget is limited to a max of £1300, due to spending most of my savings on my previous motor. Looking for one that is ready to go, with some mot and tax and no major faults, so if anyone looking to part with their pride and joy, give me a shout. Carl p.s. Would also consider a V40 T4 Last edited by covertmaniac; May 14th, 2010 at 00:17. Reason: forgot some info |

I`m wanting £800 for this. There`s a chance I might be getting an S40 T4 sometime in the next week, but this would be very close to your budget on a T plate. |

Hi,
the 850 sounds a good buy, but I am only interested in a s40 / v40 t4. If you get the one you were on about, give me a shout and if I haven't got 1 by then, will certainly take a look. Appreciate your response. Carl |

Thanks for the posts guys, I actually saw that ad on eBay and contacted the owner about his buy now price which was a very good price I may add, but it was difficult for me to get down to see it. I have managed to pick 1 up today, a 1999 se in silver, 113000 miles on clock, service history, HPI clear!!!!! Lol( not going down that road again). I'm pretty much happy with my purchase.
I purchased a 5 car autocheck from experian, and have only used 1, so if any forum members want a check done, free then send me a pm with the car details, and email, and I will happily do the check and forward the report on to them. First come, first served. There is a time limit on them, and would be a shame to let them go to waste. Carl |

2.OT any good?
Hi carl,
Im selling my S40 2.0T SE, its 160Bhp instead of 200 like the T4, but goes very well,, i have posted some info & pics in the S40 X1 sales area. This car definitely doesnt have any HPI type issues, I know because ive had it from new. Last edited by Thassos; Jul 6th, 2010 at 08:25. |
