when I clicked the link the picture was quite fuzzy at first, so I'm waiting for it to improve trying to work out what could be funny? rude words on the mileage? ridiculous mpg on the display? Even when the picture sharpened up it took me a while to notice the spider. I guess it's a bit cold in the wing mirrors at the moment so he's moved to his winter residence.
I'm presuming you're not afraid of spiders, if that happened to some people I know they'd crash the car rather than take a picture.

Spiders
I might be a bit of a wimp, but one dropped down in front of my eyes whilst I was driving and the result was near catastrophic.

Had that in an old Punto once, thankfully I was stopped. I jumped out the car, I have a horrendous dislike of spiders (sorry to arachnid lovers).

House Spiders - particularly those of the several-inch leg span variety will have me running off screaming! When I bought my R there was one nesting under the drivers' seat. Luckily I found it whilst hoovering the car out after it was delivered. Had to get the Wife to get rid of it, I'm that bad... 🥴 🙄
