Default Gear leaver button broke

Hi there,

Few months ago the Auto gear selector button on the gear leaver (the button you pull in to shift to drive etc.) broke on the XC90 (and as we know that gives all sorts of trouble), managed to glue it up but it happened again the other night, I'm going to try gluing it again but has anyone got any ideas for a more permanent repair or replacement ?

Thanks for reading,

Paul.

So my wife's button is acting up, after depressing it several times got it to shift but a tiny piece of plastic came out and I"m afraid she's going to end up stuck somewhere. Came across this on ebay immediately afterwards (I have nothing to do with the post)... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...%3AMEWAX%3AVRI Does anyone here know if this is a legitimate fix? How do I get the darn original off? It says it has instructions but I don't know, it's made in Estonia by a third party. Thanks guys.
