my v70 dilemma
hi all/
my much loved v70 is finally dying on me (or is it) i have owned my 2004 volvo bi-fuel for 10 years, it is by far the best car i ever owned. odometer stopped working at 199k, i guestimate she has around 240k on her now. but it has been diagnosed with rms leak, im getting around a saucer full of oil residue every morning . i cant see me forking out 1k plus to get it fixed, if i go down the route of just keeping an eye on the oil levels, and making sure she has oil . does any1 in volvo land think i could keep her alive for a few more years, or is it scrap yard time. |

I'd keep an eye on the oil levels but you'll eventually end up with an oil slick under the car. Is it a manual? I'd expect the clutch to start suffering pretty quickly too.
